Community Mental Health Program (CMHP)

CMHP is a WSIB program that can provide structured psychological assessment and treatment for eligible workers whose mental health has been affected by a workplace injury or incident.

Who it’s for (in general)
  • Workers with a registered WSIB claim
  • Psychological symptoms linked to the workplace injury/incident
  • Need for assessment and/or evidence‑informed treatment

Eligibility and authorization are determined by WSIB.

What services may look like
  • Initial assessment and goal setting
  • Time‑limited, structured treatment blocks (when approved)
  • Outcome tracking and progress updates
  • Return‑to‑work support and coping planning
