Clinical services are provided to Ontario residents. You may be asked to confirm your location at the start of service.

Scheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Policies regarding late cancellations/no-shows are provided during booking and intake.

Online sessions

• Choose a private location and stable internet connection.
• Use headphones if privacy is a concern.
• For safety, emergency contact information may be requested during intake.

Email and messaging

Email and web forms are not suitable for emergencies. Sensitive or clinical details should be shared during sessions or via the agreed secure method.
