Assessment

Adult ADHD assessment (18+)

A structured assessment to clarify whether ADHD is the best explanation, and what to do next—skills, accommodations, and treatment planning.

This can help if you are
  • Suspect ADHD but aren’t sure how it differs from anxiety, trauma, or burnout
  • Struggle with focus, follow‑through, time management, or impulsivity
  • Need documentation to guide treatment planning or workplace/school accommodations
  • Want a clear explanation in plain language—not a confusing report
What’s included
  • Clinical interview + developmental history (symptoms across time)
  • Standardized questionnaires and validated ADHD measures (as appropriate)
  • Screening for common overlaps (anxiety, mood, sleep, trauma, substance use)
  • Feedback session to review results and recommendations
What you receive
  • Clear diagnostic impression and differential considerations
  • Practical recommendations (skills, routines, therapy targets, supports)
  • Optional written report (when required)
  • If needed: documentation for your prescribing clinician to consider

Note: We do not prescribe medication. If medication is part of your plan, we can collaborate with your physician or nurse practitioner.

Assessments are not emergency services and do not replace urgent medical care. If you are in crisis, see crisis resources.
